What is your cancellation policy?

Standard Services (Walks/Visits): Require cancellation by 5:00 PM the day prior to avoid being charged in full for that day.

Overnight/Long-Term Care: 14-day notice period. Cancellations within 7 days result in a 50% charge, as these spots are harder to refill.
Holiday Periods: 2 weeks notice, NO REFUNDS if cancelled closer to the date.
